Refund policy

All sales are final with no returns or refunds, with the exception of items received damaged, as evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

With that being said, we want you to be completely in love with your LETTUCE purchase; if you are unsatisfied for any reason feel free to reach out and we will do everything in our power to help out. :,)

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If for any reason within 60 days of purchase your product has any manufacturing issues we will provide a return label for repair, and if unable to repair we will replace the product if available or provide a full refund.
